Thank you for shopping with Matea Nesek.
For sale items: All sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mn@mateanesek.com. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit, where applicable.
We also accept product exchanges (but not refunds) if you change your mind — provided that:
• The product remains unopened and sealed in its original celofan (shrink wrap)
• It is in its original packaging
• You contact us within 3 days of receipt
• You provide proof of purchase
Please note that we do not accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed products.
