Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is prepared for dispatch.
Shipping Within the UAE
We offer complimentary delivery across the UAE on all orders over AED 300.
For orders below this value, a flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days, depending on location. Our trusted couriers will contact you prior to delivery to ensure a smooth handover.
International Shipping
International delivery is currently available upon request. Please contact mn@mateanesek.com for a personalized quotation and assistance.
Packaging & Safety
All perfumes are sealed in their original celofan (shrink wrap) and securely packaged to maintain product integrity during transit.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if selected during checkout).
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at mn@mateanesek.com, including your order number and photos of the package for review.
